Control Plus Series (CPS)
The Control Plus Series was designed primarily for commercial applications but was also used in the residential market. The CPS was a pre-assembled modular control panel that was “event-driven” as it would obey the last signal received. Numerous input types were allowed, including Cycle and Maintain, and the colored terminals made the wiring easy to understand and follow. Grouping was also introduced with the CPS relay panels. Additional control could also be gained by tying in sensors, remotes, or timeclocks. The CPS system was very popular from the late 1980s through the late 1990s.
