Make a count of the existing relays in the system. Looking in the existing panel, there will most likely be three items: 1550/2500 relays, PL-6/TPS-2001 pilot light transformers, and TVR-1/TPS-0120 transverter. The important factor is the number of RELAYS, and the number of relay panel locations. The correct count of relays and locations must be obtained to properly upgrade a system. Note if PL-6 transformers are among the relays. If pilot light transformers are included, an upgrade option with LED control must be chosen. Consider the existing enclosure. Is it possible for the existing enclosure to be reused? If this is desired, take interior dimensions of the existing enclosures to validate the spacing for the new relay boards. Pinpoint the features that are desired.
With features and benefits in mind, consider the relay and dimming panel offerings to choose the system that is the best fit. Contact the factory with any questions. If you have questions regarding an upgrade, feel free to contact us. Emailing digital pictures of your existing system is very helpful. |
