-Damaged material = no credit (if damaged by customer or insufficient packaging)
-Items sent back under warranty for repair or replacement and found defective = no charge
-Items sent back under warranty for repair or replacement and found not defective
1. Appropriate restocking fee if not returned to customer
2. If returned to customer = payment for freight
-Customer needs to contact warehouse for RGA to be issued
-Copy of RGA must accompany all returned items
-Customer is responsible for freight of defective items
-Touchplate reserves the right to inspect and determine the warranty or restock value of returned items.
-Credit will be returned once parts are received and tested.
-If customer wants to request return shipping label $6.00 will be deducted from the part’s price once received.
