Currently, Touchplate only offers phone support on a per-incident basis. Phone support options are listed below.

Technical Support For Systems Less Than 3 Years Old

Free Phone support is offered for systems purchases (including RCP, CPS, CPSP, or ACES). Please contact us with a valid order number to verify if you qualify for free technical support.

 

Technical Support For Systems 3 - 9 Years Old

Technical support is offered at a discounted rate for systems aging between 3-9 years. Two options are available:

  • Support Option 1—Short Incident ($65.00): Consists of 30 minutes or less of technical support time. Once the support call hits the 30 minute mark, another purchase of support time must be made.


  • Support Option 2—Long Incident ($125.00): Consists of 60 minutes or less of technical support time. Once the support call hits the 60 minute mark, another purchase of support time must be made.

Support time cannot be carried over. After the telephone call is completed, any remaining technical support time is eliminated.

Technical Support For Systems More Than 9 Years Old

Touchplate offers technical support for older Touchplate systems. Two options are available:

  • Support Option 3—Short Incident ($65.00): Consists of 30 minutes or less of technical support time. Once the support call hits the 30 minute mark, another purchase of support time must be made.


  • Support Option 4—Long Incident ($125.00): Consists of 60 minutes or less of technical support time. Once the support call hits the 60 minute mark, another purchase of support time must be made.

Touchplate does not offer technical support for old component based systems (TP-0120, 2500-B, etc.). Cutsheets, Troubleshooting information, and wiring demos are available for free on our web-site, using the links above.
